In 2006 PRODATA MOBILITY BRAZIL was selected to provide the solution in electronic ticketing in the capital city of Porto Alegre, having developed a fully customized project for the Association of Passenger Transport Carriers of Porto Alegre (ATP) that operates the public transport of the city of Porto Alegre and the area of influence of the Urban Train System (TRENSURB), This system uses the Contactless Smart Card (SmartCard), allowing users temporal integration between the lines of the municipal system and fare between municipal lines and the subway (TRENSURB), and between the subway and metropolitan feeder lines.

There are 2300 validators in operation in the public transportation vehicles, performing an average of one million daily transactions.
