Electronic Validators
Validators are smart card readers, which read contactless cards (Contactless Smart Card), QR Codes and EMV from users, issuing release or locking commands to the turnstile, authorizing or not the user to pass.
The new generation of validators, from PRODATA MOBILITY BRAZIL, is able to operate online when installed in the following modals: buses, access terminals, ferries and trains. Equipped with the latest technologies in electronic ticketing it is able to perform transactions in real time, integrate with Digital and Facial Biometrics equipment, QR Code reader, fleet monitoring solutions – GPS and embedded video systems – CCTV.
Facial Biometrics
The Facial Biometric reader from PRODATA MOBILITY BRAZIL has technology that evaluates with great assertiveness the facial features of a person, even with the use of mask; through digital parameters. The human face has variables that allow the detection of common points such as distance between the eyes, shape and length of the nose, mouth, cheek and chin, defining the facial shape and its measures that will be used as checking factors.
The transactions of users registered in the system are validated by confronting the user’s registration information with the images collected during the transaction. The facial recognition algorithm is able to compare two captures and assess the likelihood of similarity, ignoring the background that makes up the file. This includes moving pictures from different angles.
Wi-Fi Embedded Solution
The PW1200 is a router developed by PRODATA MOBILITY BRAZIL, responsible for managing the 3G/4G signal and providing free Wi-Fi to passengers, increasing the quality of services, offering a secure, authenticated and quality connection.
PRODATA MOBILITY BRAZIL has also developed a software platform associated to the provision of services related to the operational management of devices and mobile data link (3G/4G chip), which ensure Internet access via wireless network inside the buses of the Public Transport System of Passengers.
Driver's Terminal
The DC2000 Console was developed by PRODATA MOBILITY BRAZIL, to enable the exchange of text and voice messages between the driver and the Operational Control Center (CCO). It operates integrated to the validator, but has an independent processing, storage and communication system. Its interface has a 7-inch LCD screen, an internal speaker and microphone system.
The sum of the new features brings the driver and the CCO a number of benefits:
- Text and voice message exchange between driver and Control Center
- Shortcut keys for predefined messages
- Reception of scheduled and eventual stops
- Storage of the synoptic, line itinerary and maps, ensuring off-line operation
- Color touch screen with anti-glare
- 4G modem for data communication
- GPS location module
- MIFARE card reader.
